The Position

Some of the responsibilities you will assume:

·         Answer incoming calls from customers in a helpful and professional manner

·        Handle each customer’s service requirements in a timely way including: preparing quotations; supplying pricing; and entering, revising and expediting orders.

·        Support and assist our Sales Reps by sourcing solutions, providing technical support and sales assistance as required

·        Assist in the resolution of customer problems; process returns and defective claims

·        Provide back-up coverage at our Sales Counter

·        Participate in product training sessions; supplier counter sessions and customer appreciation events
